12 Miles Starting at NW Ave.

Start at Northwestern Avenue and continue on Forbidden Drive to Wises Mill Road. Go up Wises Mill Road and then follow the map through the streets of Roxborough. Come back into the park on Wises Mill Road and run past the Valley Green Inn to the first mile marker (2 1/2). Turn around and run back to Northwestern Avenue for a total of 12 miles.

It's daylight savings, and the weekly TRACK WORKOUTS are returning to Chestnut Hill Academy's track. The workouts start at 6:30 pm every Tuesday. The switchover to CHA from the Roxborough track begins Tuesday, March 18. The address is 500 West Willow Grove Avenue in Chestnut Hill.
