Sharon: doubt this will reach you in time but just in case... A friend of mine has done this race twice and says the bike leg is absolutely miserable. Not the hills or distance but apparently the two times she did it the wind was awful and she was barely able run afterwards. Something to look fwd to... Keeping fingers crossed for a windless day for you.
