About Me: Recently moved to the city and started running the Kelly Loop Saturday mornings. Have done a few races this year - Broad Street, Philly Distance Run - and want to do next year's marathon. I've never done much trail running but would like to start. I love variety in my runs - treadmill when I have to, but prefer to run the city sidewalks a few days and parks other days.

About Me: I don't do 'burpies' or whatever CrossFit calls those things. Don't do any kind of training other than be active. Trail maintenance, park restoration, vine removal, yard work, walking dogs, splitting wood, running, all are fair game. Just don't put me on an indoors machine and expect me do whatever it was designed for! Finally, i don't do a lot but probably more than The Great One.
