Regarding the Philadelphia Masters T&F Association
June All-Comers
Meets:
Due to continued construction delays at Plymouth-Whitemarsh, that
facility will be unavailable to us on June 5 and June 12:
THE JUNE 5 AND JUNE 12 ALL-COMERS MEETS ARE CANCELLED.
THE TUESDAY EVENING JUNE 19 AND JUNE 26 MEETS ARE STILL
ON.
HOWEVER, THE DISCUS WILL LIKELY BE UNAVAILABLE TO US:
SORRY, NO DISCUS THIS SEASON AT
PLYMOUTH-WHITEMARSH.
In order to afford our members and friends a more robust season
than just two meets, we are partnering with the Chester County Running
Store (meets run by Kevin Kelley) to expand the list of events they
offer. Originally, they intended to offer the Shotput as their only
field event.
Now, Philadelphia Masters T&F Assoc. will be providing
support to also include:
DISCUS, JAVELIN, HIGH JUMP, LONG JUMP and TRIPLE JUMP in
addition to the SHOTPUT. SORRY, NO
POLE VAULT.
The dates for the Chester County meets are Friday evenings,
June 22 and July 6, start time is 6:00pm.
The location is: HENDERSON HIGH SCHOOL
400 MONTGOMERY AVE
West Chester, PA
Directions: Take Rte 202 to either Paoli Pike or
Rte 3.
Go west 3/4-mile (the road becomes Gay St.).
Turn right onto Montgomery
Ave. Go less than 1/4-mile; Henderson H.S. will be on your left.

100/110m Hurdles; 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m 1-mile Run and RW, 3000m,
4x100m Relay.
Pole Vault, Javelin, Shotput, High Jump, Long Jump, Triple Jump.
Fri., June 22: Henderson H.S., West Chester 6:00pm:
100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1-Mile Run, 3000m, 5000m, 4x400m Relay.
Discus, Shotput, Javelin, High Jump, Long Jump, Triple Jump.
Tues., June 26: Plymouth-Whitemarsh - same as on June 19.
Fri., July 6: Henderson H.S. - same as on June 22.

P.S. Some of you may have heard a rumor that I have resigned and
will be moving to "Altoona." That rumor is INCORRECT. What
is correct is that at year end my two-year term on the club's Executive
Committee will end and not long thereafter I will be relocating to
Atlanta.
